Note to our customers returning orders:

We are aware that Royal mail are taking longer than we would like to deliver returns and their tracking is not reflecting this.

We ask to allow up to 14 working days for refunds to be processed. If this time has passed please drop us a note and we would be happy to look into the status of your return.

 
Delivery

Do you ship to my country?

We currently ship to the following countries:

UK, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands and Sweden

But keep an eye out as we will be coming to more countries soon.

Can I cancel or amend my order?

Our warehouse work really quickly to get your order to you so sadly we are unable to cancel or amend once placed.

However, you always have the option to return as stated in our Returns Policy page

How long will it take my items to arrive? 

If you placed your order with Royal Mail Standard Tracked shipping, your order should be delivered within 3-5 working days via Royal Mail. If you place your order with Next Day shipping, before 12pm you will receive your order the next working day via DPD. Please note, if you place your order with Next Day shipping after 12pm, your order will be shipped the next working day.

Returns & Refund

I haven’t received my returns label?

 

No problem, we’re making an effort to go paperless, click here to generate a Royal mail QR code https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/pick-a-retailer?iid=HP_M3_2_RETURNS 

You’ll be able to print at home or take to a Royal Mail post office who offers a printing service.

 

 

When will I receive my refund?

We process refunds usually within 10 -14 days and may vary during busier times. You will always get a notification once your refund has been processed so please allow for this time frame.

 

Can I exchange my order?

Sadly we’re unable to exchange items as stock levels are changing all the time, so to avoid disappointment we recommend placing a new order for the correct item and return your original item via the usual return method for a full refund.

Where can I find size & fit advice?

You’ll find this on the product page, simply click ‘Size Chart’ to see a conversion chart. You’ll also see the sizing our model is wearing for each style under the product description as a guide.

Are you going to have my size again?

Glad you ask, because you can be the first to know! if a product is not available in your size you can enter your email address on the item’s page, select the desired size and we’ll send you a notification if it comes back in stock.

 

If we’re expecting more stock you’ll also see the option to pre order on selected sizes so you don’t miss out!
