  • What is The List?+

    The List is ALIGNE’s loyalty programme. We wanted to give back to our community of customers that love ALIGNE and continue to support us. Think of this as our way of saying thank you.

  • How can I join?+

    Simply sign up using the form at the top of this page. It’s that easy. All we need is your name, email address and birthday.

  • Is The List open to everyone?+

    The List is currently only open to customers in the UK. We’re hoping to make it available in the EU and US soon!

  • How do I start collecting points?+

    If you’re signed up to The List, you start collecting points when you purchase something on

    Please note that you can’t accumulate points for ALIGNE styles bought through our retail partners or sample sales.

  • How do I use my birthday reward?+

    In your birthday month, you’ll be sent a code via email. Simply input that code at check-out to claim your birthday reward.

  • How do I know what tier I’m in?+

    You’ll be sent an email every time you enter a new tier with a breakdown of all the new rewards you have earned and how to redeem them.

    You can also check your status by logging into your account.

  • How do I use my rewards?+

    This will depend on the different rewards. Typically, we’ll share instructions in the welcome emails sent out as you enter into a new tier.

    Free delivery
    When you're logged in, you will be given the option for free DPD next-day delivery at check-out. Please note that orders need to be placed before 1pm. Some postcodes are excluded. Please check our Delivery Policy for more information.

    Free returns
    The fee will not be charged when you return through our portal.

    Free tailoring
    We'll share a unique code with you when you enter this tier. This code needs to be added at check-out on the SOJO x ALIGNE portal.

  • How long does it take to add points to my account? +

    Points are added to your account 30 days after the order date. We’re only able to offer points on purchases that are kept and not returned, which is the reason for this delay.

  • How can I access my account?+

    You can access your account by logging into your account on our website. Here, you’ll also be able to see an overview of your points.

  • How much do I have to spend to earn 1 point? +

    1 point = £1 spent on

  • How does your refer-a-friend code work?+

    You can give a friend £15 off their first order with us, and then we’ll give you £15 off your next order too. When they use that code on an order, you’ll be sent a code to use for your next order with us. Please note that you can only redeem this code on orders above £100.
