We are not currently offering our Next Day and Saturday Delivery services to addresses in the Scottish Isles and Highlands. We don't currently deliver to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man or Scilly Isles. We hope to offer these destinations in the future.

Orders to the following countries include duties and taxes

Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, and Sweden. 

If you mistakingly receive an email asking you to pay taxes and duties, please get in touch with us.

Orders to the following countries exclude duties and taxes

Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Norway, Poland, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia

We do not cover import duties and sales taxes for these countries. A breakdown will be shown at check-out. Please note these additional charges are entirely the responsibility of the customer. The amount is dependent on the destination country, by the items you are ordering and the total value of your order.

If you refuse your order and it's sent back to us, we will have to deduct any shipping, duties and customs processing fees charged to us from your final refund.

For orders under $800 USD, our US prices exclude import duties and sales taxes.

Orders over $800 USD are subject to custom clearance, taxes and duties in the US. If our carrier needs more paperwork or information to clear your order in its arrival country, they will get in touch with you to request it. Get in touch with us if you require further help.
