TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SALE

The below terms and conditions shall apply to all deliveries from Braveheart International Limited, business registration number 12482598, Unit A, 10 Fashion Street, E1 6PX, London, United Kingdom ("BRAVEHEART”), to customers purchasing goods in the ALIGNE online shop.

1. Conclusion of contract

A final and binding contract has been concluded between you and BRAVEHEART when your order has been confirmed by BRAVEHEART. BRAVEHEART will send an order confirmation to you by email when the order has been confirmed and shipped. The order receipt received immediately after placing the order does not constitute an order confirmation.

You are only allowed to purchase products in the ALIGNE online shop if you are a private consumer, i.e. not a business customer.

Fair use

BRAVEHEART reserves the right to prevent persons from shopping via the ALIGNE online shop in case of a high number of returns. Moreover, deactivation of customer accounts can also be triggered by suspected fraud.

2. Prices, taxes and delivery

All prices are stated inclusive of VAT and other taxes. The applicable price is the one stated in the ALIGNE online shop in respect of the relevant product on the date of placing of the order.

BRAVEHEART reserves the right to amend any prices incorrectly stated in the ALIGNE online shop. Furthermore, BRAVEHEART reserves the right to amend any prices, taxes and/or other costs stated in the ALIGNE online shop at any time, e.g. due to changes in VAT rates or other public fees and charges, increased costs or as a result of the general development in retail prices.

Please note that some banks do charge an extra overseas transaction fee. This fee is charged by the bank and will not be reimbursed by BRAVEHEART. For more information, please contact your bank.

When ordering goods in the ALIGNE online shop, an amount may be added in payment of shipping costs depending on the delivery method chosen:

Standard delivery – £3.50
Premium delivery – £4.99 (free on orders above £200)

3. Payment

When ordering goods in the ALIGNE online shop it is possible to use the following payment options:

Credit and debit card (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Maestro)
This payment method requires a valid credit or debit card. We reserve the right to check the validity of the card. The amount will be reserved on your card and will be debited after shipment of the goods.

ApplePay
This payment method requires an ApplePay account, which you will need to log into in the payment process. If you do not have an ApplePay account, you can easily set one up for free on their website.

GooglePay
This payment method requires a GooglePay account, which you will need to log into in the payment process. If you do not have a GooglePay account, you can easily set one up for free on their website.

Shop Pay
This payment method requires a Shop Pay account, which you will need to log into in the payment process.

Payments may be subject to validation and authorization by both the card issuer/payment provider and us, to maintain security and prevent fraud. We reserve the right to decline certain payment methods and/or refer to a different payment method depending on the circumstances.

4. Delivery

Unless you have been informed otherwise, the usual time of delivery from the time of placing the order is:
Standard delivery - 3 working days
Premium delivery - 1 working day for orders placed before 12.

BRAVEHEART is not obliged to deliver goods which are out of stock.

WHAT ARE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE SIGN UP DISCOUNT? 


The discount code can only be used in the ALIGNE webshop. The discount cannot be used with other promotions, discounted items or discounts, and does not apply to the purchase of gift certificates. The discount code cannot be applied to already concluded orders. The discount is distributed proportionally to all goods in the order, covered by the promotion (delivery costs excluded). 

 
WHAT ARE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE NEWSLETTER? 

These terms apply to the ALIGNE newsletter. 


Membership of the ALIGNE’s newsletter is free and non-binding, and you can unsubscribe at any time. You must be at least 16 years of age to sign up to the ALIGNE newsletter. If you are under the age of 16, you can sign up for ALIGNE’s newsletter by sending a signed confirmation from a parent or legal guardian to customerservice@aligne.co. 


By registering, you agree that BRAVEHEART INTERNATIONAL LIMITED, Unit A, 10 Fashion Street, E1 6PX, London, United Kingdom may send you marketing material. 


Our marketing materials are sent via email, SMS, MMS, mail and social media such as Facebook, Instagram, etc. and relate to: 

  • Clothes, shoes, bags, accessories, magazines, designs and the like 
  • Offers, sales, competitions, as well as events and other marketing initiatives from ALIGNE’s online shop. 
  • Information about items you have added to your wish list via the ALIGNE online shop customer account or placed in your online shopping cart. 

You further agree that this consent may be used to send requests for you to update your consent to include other relevant products, brands, business partners or communications channels.

In order to optimise your shopping experience, we strive to send you marketing materials that match your interests and to send you customised newsletters, such as birthday greetings.

We process the information you provide us in connection with your sing up and when you update your profile.This will include your name, email, and date of birth, as well as your mobile number if you choose to provide it.

5. How long do we keep your personal data?


Your personal data will be deleted when we no longer need it, and when we are no longer required to keep it by law. If you opt out of the ALIGNE newsletter, we will delete all information that we are no longer required to keep by law, e.g. for documentation purposes.

THE LIST Loyalty Programme - Terms & Conditions

 

1.1 The ALIGNE loyalty programme (“The List”) is open to customers based in the UK. 

 

1.2. To become a member of The List, you must create or already have an account on ALIGNE. Each individual may only hold one loyalty account. Accounts are non-transferable. You must be logged in in order to spend any rewards or earn points.

 

1.3. The List members will earn loyalty points on eligible purchases made on aligne.co only. For every £1 spent on the website, members earn 1 point. Loyalty points are calculated per whole point earned, for example £1.58 = 1 point. Loyalty points cannot be earned on purchases made with gift cards or in conjunction with any other promotions or offers, unless otherwise specified. Only purchases that are paid for in full will be eligible for loyalty points. Points are added to a member’s account 30 days after the order date. To be eligible for points, an order must be kept and not returned or cancelled. Only product prices are taken into account, service charges, such as, delivery costs and refund fees are not counted.

 

1.4. Loyalty points are valid for 12 months following the date and time of the member’s point-generating purchase. When your total points cross a tier threshold you will receive an email welcoming you into the new tier.  If the tier that you have crossed into is either HACKNEY, SHOREDITCH or SPITALFIELDS this email will also include a unique offer code (if applicable) for you to redeem the relevant reward associated with the tier. 

 

1.5. Loyalty points may be redeemed for rewards or discounts as specified in the loyalty scheme rules as then in force. Loyalty points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.  Loyalty points can only be redeemed by the account holder and may not be transferred to another person. 

 

1.6. The List members are responsible for keeping their account information, including contact details, up to date. ALIGNE reserves the right to terminate or suspend a membership account at any time without prior notice if there is a violation of these Terms and Conditions or suspected fraudulent activity. Members may terminate their account at any time by notifying ALINGE in writing. 

 

1.7. ALIGNE reserves the right to modify or terminate the loyalty scheme at any time without prior notice. In the event of termination, members will have a specified time period to redeem any outstanding loyalty points, after which the points will expire. ALIGNE shall not be responsible for any technical malfunctions, interruptions, or errors related to the loyalty scheme.

 

1.8. Any birthday rewards earned through The List are redeemable within 30 days of receipt of the birthday reward email. The Refer-a-friend reward can only be redeemed on purchases above £100. Our welcome offer is redeemable within 30 days of receipt of the email. Self-referrals are not permitted.

Sales items cannot be purchased in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. Sale prices are reflected on selected lines while quantities last.
