WHERE DO YOU OFFER SOJO?
HOW DOES THE SERVICE WORK?
When using the online booking flow, you will be shown all of our service options. When tailoring your item, we also include instructions and videos to match your items (e.g. providing a pair of trousers with the correct fit on your waist as a sample for our in-house tailors to match) or to pin your items to the desired specification. When in doubt, SOJOs team of experts are standing by and will respond swiftly to all email enquiries at support@sojo.uk.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
In London, SOJOs riders deliver your item back to your door within five to seven days. If you're based elsewhere in the UK, you can expect your items to be returned within seven to ten days.
If you would like to change the date or time of your collection or drop off, please contact SOJO as soon as possible at support@sojo.uk and they will do their best to accommodate your request.

HOW SHOULD I PACKAGE MY ITEM?
London customers
When your SOJO rider arrives to collect your clothes, all you need to do is hand them over. They will then carefully place them into your reusable SOJO package and label with your order number.
Customers elsewhere in the UK
Box or package your order, print your label and drop-off your package at any of the 6,000+ DPD drop-off points in the UK. Find your nearest or most suitable drop-off point here.
SOJO understands that your ALIGNE pieces are important to you, and treats them with the utmost care and respect.
WHAT ITEMS ARE AVAILABLE FOR YOUR TAILORING SERVICE?
We offer tailoring across all of our pieces, excluding all jersey and sale items. Once an item(s) has been altered by SOJO, it's no longer eligible for a refund. SOJO are dedicated to make the fit work for you. You can read more in our returns policy.
HOW DO REPAIRS WORK?
We want you to wear and love your ALIGNE pieces for years, that's why we offer free repairs on all of our items, new and old. Simply use the online booking platform to book your repair. We can fix buttons, holes, zips, seams, rips and so on.
Our free repair service only applies to faulty items and items with signs of fair wear and tear.
WHAT DOES IT COST?
We cover part of the cost so you can find your perfect fit. A flat fee of £15 applies to each ALIGNE item you want tailored, regardless of the type of item. We also cover the delivery fee to make it easier for you.
Our repair service is free on all ALIGNE items, new and old.
