We've made it easy for you to do returns. Simply click the button below, follow the instructions on the portal, print your label and drop off your return at your closest carrier location.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?


We hope you love your ALIGNE pieces. If something isn’t quite right, you can return your item in line with the terms below.


Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 14 days.

Refunds will be made to your original payment method.


1. Notify Us Within 14 Days

You must let us know within 14 days from the day after your order is delivered that you would like to return your item.


2. Return Within a Further 14 Days

Once you have notified us, you then have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.


This means you can have up to 28 days from delivery, provided you notify us within the first 14 days.

United States Sale Returns

Please note that all Sale items discounted 50% or more are FINAL SALE and NON -REFUNDABLE. This includes no returns or exchanges.

 

If you receive a faulty item, please make sure you reach out to our customer care team. Any non-faulty items that are not in a condition suitable for resale (i.e. used, washed, soiled altered or damaged), will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.


If you’re feeling unsure about our sizing, please head over to our size guide and check the measurements - and you’re always more than welcome to reach out to our Customer Care team if you need further assistance.We ask that you keep returns to a minimum so that we together can reduce the environmental impact caused by unnecessary freight.

 

As of 12/09/2025 UK returns have a cost of £3.50, which will be deducted from the total refunded amount.

USA and EU customers have a cost of £7 which will be deducted from the total refunded amount.

 

Fill out the return form online and pack your goods in the appropriate package, for example the same one your order came in. You can’t return more than one order or package at once, each order needs it’s own returns label or will not be refunded.

  

When we have processed the return you will receive a confirmation email. You can expect this within two weeks of sending your return back to us. Be sure to keep hold of your receipt in the meantime!


RETURNS


There is a £3.50 charge for UK returns. 


If you're a US or EU customer, a £7 return fee applies to your order. The return fee will automatically be deducted from the refund at the time we issue it to you.


The return fee will not be applied to returns for products that are damaged or faulty – please make sure you contact Customer Care in this instance.


CONDITION OF RETURNS


Returned items must:

• Be unworn and unused

• Have all original tags attached

• Be returned in original packaging

• Not be damaged, altered, or washed


We may reduce your refund if the value of the item has been diminished through handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

For customers in the UK, We also offer a high-quality tailoring service where we cover part of the cost so you can get your perfect fit. 


WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?


Returns will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 days of you dropping off the parcel. You will be notified once your return has been received and refunded. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear on your account will depend on your bank.


WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED OR AN ITEM IS FAULTY?


Please get in touch with us as soon as you discover that your order isn't what you expected it to be. 


If you have received a faulty item, please include photo(s) when you contact us.



CAN I RETURN TWO SEPARATE ORDERS IN THE SAME PARCEL?


Due to warehouse limitations, we kindly ask that you generate a returns form and postage label for each order you're returning to us. 




HOW DO I REGISTER MY RETURN ON THE RETURNS PORTAL?


1. Go to our Returns Portal


2. Input your email address and ALIGNE order number. Please note that the ALIGNE order ID always starts with AL- and is followed by five digits. You can find this number in the email confirmation you got when you placed the order.


3. Click "Start a Return"


4. Choose the item(s) you want to return


5. Select the return reason. It's possible to leave a comment, but you don't have to


6. Select if you would like a size exchange (UK only), exchange for store credit or a refund.


7. Review your return, click "Submit return" on the left-hand side when you have confirmed everything is correct


8. Print your label. You can find it on the portal and it also is sent to you via email


9. Securely pack your item(s). We ask that all of your returned items are new and unused with the labels/tags intact, and if available, in its original packaging.


10. Attach the printed label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest carrier location. Please ensure to receive a receipt/proof of postage in case there are any issues with your return in transit. We will be unable to provide help with lost or missing returns without proof of postage.


11. Returns will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 days. You will be notified once received and completed. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear on your account will depend on your bank.

CAN I CANCEL A PRE-ORDER?


Pre-orders can be cancelled free of charge, before they are shipped, by clicking the link in your confirmation email or by getting in touch with us here.

HOW TO RETURN


As a small business, we’re currently not able to offer pre-paid returns to ROW. This means that the standard return policy applies to your order, but the items returned are at your own expense and risk. 


Please follow the instructions below to ship a return back to us, at your own cost. 


1. Reach out to Customer Care to get a returns form. 


2. Fill out the returns form, include in your parcel and securely pack your item(s). We ask that all of your returned items are new and unused with the labels/tags intact, and if available, in its original packaging.


3. Drop off at a carrier of your choice. The goods are your responsibility until they reach us, so we recommend that you use a tracked service and a proof of postage is obtained in case the parcel should go missing. Please note we’re not able to refund items that are lost in transit.
