WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED IN THE UK?
Our business days are Monday to Friday (UK bank holidays excluded).
If you place an order is placed before 1pm GMT, we usually ship the order the same day. Any order placed after 1pm GMT will be shipped the following working day. Our warehouse is closed on the weekend and on UK bank holidays, so any orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be picked, packed and dispatched the next working day. Please note if you place an order on a Friday after 1PM, Saturday or Sunday, your order will be processed on the Monday.
You will receive a dispatch email with tracking info once your order has left our warehouse.

CAN I CANCEL OR AMEND AN ORDER ONCE I'VE PLACED IT?
Our warehouse works quickly to get your order to you, so sadly we are unable to cancel or amend your order once it has been placed.
You always have the option to return your order as per our Returns Policy.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY PARCEL HASN'T ARRIVED?
UK customers only
If you're having any issues with your order delivery please contact us as soon as possible, so we can get on the case and track down the parcel. In the rare cases that your DPD parcel has been lost or damaged, please note that any missing/damaged orders need to be reported to us within 14 days of the date you placed your order – outside of this window we are unable to refund or replace items, in line with DPD's claim policy.
US customers only

If you have purchased SWAP Protect with your order and your package is impact by damage, loss or theft, you can easily resolve shipping issues with SWAP. New items are shipped immediately, at no cost to you, upon approval.

Claims for packages need to be made between 5 to 30 days from the anticipated delivery date.
